Stacey has been a Pilates instructor for 24 years, and is a 500 hour + ryt in Yoga. She studied Pilates through the Physical Mind Institute and has taken workshops in many methods, from classical to Stott. Pre and Post natal are part of her background as well. Her yoga studies were through Black Dog Yoga and My Vinyasa Practice. Being a ballerina for 15 years and natural performer most of her life, it was a natural progression to teach Pilates and Yoga. Originally from Michigan, and after her first year at U of M, she moved to Chicago where she danced and performed, and began her teaching career. Stacey eventually came out to LA, and through her love of dance discovered CARDIO BARRE. She received her certification in CB and has taught at various locations across LA for over 18 years. Stacey also had the opportunity to be a part of working with the franchise of CARDIO BARRE and helped open several locations. Stacey’s other certifications include: TRX suspension training , (RYT 500 hr) Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma Informed Yoga, Restorative yoga, Mindful Meditation (Vipassana). Stacey loves sharing guided meditations as well as Metta (Loving kindness). Reiki Master and Intuitive Sound Healer are her specialties on the list.
